Episode Notes Strategic Action We need to recognize the difference between actions we are taking and the results we are creating. Our actions need to "move the needle" toward the Vision of our desired results. We need to shift the focus from how much we do to the impact of those actions. Most of us work too hard on activities that are urgent but not strategically important to our personal success or the success of the organization. By focusing more on activities that are less urgent but move us in the direction of our Vision we ultimately achieve better results that require less effort and we have more fun along the way. The Politics of Fear and Anger A government or a system of justice can pass laws and they can enforce those laws but they cannot legislate what is in an individual's mind. Time will not change this reality. We need to be doing the emotional labor required to change our minds if we want to achieve better results that are sustainable. Thanks so much for listening!
